Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement

If we can’t resolve it informally within 30 days, you and Soulmate Radar App agree to resolve any dispute through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court instead. Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Both you and Soulmate Radar App give up the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class arbitration.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your purchase by sending an email to support@soulmateradarapp.com with the subject line «Arbitration Opt-Out.» If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the Governing Law section below.
Refund Policy
All purchases are subject to the terms described in our Refund & Disclaimer Policy and to Hotmart’s applicable refund procedures.
